We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, ensuring project quality, safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
0–5 years of experience in construction or site engineering.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project is an advantage.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.
Monitor site progress and report updates to the project manager.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations.
Inspect materials and work quality to meet project requirements.
Maintain proper documentation such as site reports, work logs, and material records.
Resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
Conduct site measurements and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
